Week 20&21: "Willing to bear one another's burden"

Hey everybody, I am soooooo sorry for not emailing you all, Last week we went out as it was Elder Abel's last P-day so we spent our time with him. However our week went so well as it was light the world program and we were able to print the banner and put it outside the chapel so that the people who walk can see it and we did receive some people and some stand and see from outside the main road as we projected the light the world video on the church wall. Its amazing to see it from outside.

My days on mission is going fine and today my companion Elder Abel finished his 2 years mark and traveled back home. So for next 10 days we three will be on trio, me elder miller and thiviyanathan and then I will be getting a companion.

Last night I was reading a article from the Liahona for the month of December and I read about "Willing to bear one another's burdens" and as I read it I was filled with the spirit and love towards those who are in need of. When we have felt the love of Christ and witnessed in our life, I am sure that we can also share that love to others in that way at-least we will be able to lift the burdens of others, because when we all became a member of the Church, we all made a covenant to the lord that we will help the people those who are in need of and with the help of Holy Ghost we can do even better and I felt it as I read and I saw what I was lacking on. I promise you when we lift the burden of others, the lord will pour out the blessing that will bless you and your family(Mosiah 2:17) and since we are having one of the activity from the "light the world" based on lifting burden, I would suggest you all at-least help someone, even it is little, do it and see it for yourselves for the father in heaven will be pleased by your work.

I am excited to Skype my family on next week and its gonna be a awesome day.

Last week was awesome as we cleaned our apartment and visited our dear family President Vincent Paul, he is wonderful and our new BML :), I am excited to work with him. We also prepared Biryani and Gulab Jamun by our beloved chef Elder miller :) I lifting the Baby Abel :D and elders with the shade on a sunny day.

Have a special uplifted Christmas and a happy new year

Love,
Elder Ravindran
