Week 27: “God has said that the inward vessel shall be cleansed first.” Alma 60:23

Image
Hey everybody, yeahhh I have completed 6 months on mission and its wonderful to be here. Lots of things happened during this 6 months and coming on mission made me better in understanding about Christ. This 2 years will never come back and understanding about the savior is very much essential in each and every life.  As I was going through Alma 60 this particular verse struck my mind and I started to ponder about it. What does it mean about the "inward vessel shall be cleansed first" many thoughts came into my mind and one thing it always appeared to me was about my heart, mind, might and strength. Most of the times our minds, hearts intend to do mistake which would hurt ourselves and people around us. This makes us unclean in front of the lord.  As we strive on to work with it while helping the people around us, improving on Christlike attributes, getting to know more about Jesus Christ. surly there will be some improvement in each one of us. As we know about Christ, is...

Image
Hey everybody, last week was good and everything was fine here in Coimbatore, Guess what I am prepared for Pongal to enjoy wearing in traditional style. Kindly wait for the picture until next week :D well missionary work is going good and I get people to share the message about Christ. I make it fun for them and not doing it by serious. They enjoy it and understand the doctrines. This week is gonna be tight as the members come forward and fixed  appointments and they also got some referrals for us to teach, more than that I love teaching the small children they are awesome to teach and I love to enjoy the time with them. Truly we can learn a lot from them and apply in our life. Everything is good and learning about our savior makes me understand his work and his character. When we know who Christ is we only know little because to know more about him, we need to do all the things which is righteous and be 100% obedient and do what he did. So when we plant the word in our heart...

Image
I remember last new year roaming on the mid night with dear friends, wishing everybody even if they are strangers it didn't matter and having some fun on roads, a wonderful meal with friends and family. It was wonderful and a time that would never come back. I made a resolution that day, the very day when 2017 was born, that I would do something useful in life and I have made an amazing and loving decision in my life is going on a mission, for me its very precious and I would treasure it for lifetime. Most of us would say don't count the days when you are on mission but as I paused and looked back, I was like wow I completed 5 months. 5 months I was away from my family and friends and its totally a different feelings. I know those who have finished your mission would understand what I am talking about. I would say that its awesome to be an missionary, It taught me lot of things that I would face worldly and I would be capable of overcoming the trails. From my deep heart I ...
