Week 31 & 32:"Semma Ooty - 2 and a golden families baptism!!"

Hey everybody, I am really sorry that I couldn't email for the last 2 weeks, however I will tell you what happened, so our mission president once again approved for zone activity and we planned to go to ooty, this is the second time me and elder miller joining the trip with our fellow missionaries. It was different and we enjoyed a lot there. Unfortunately we were totally disappointed with the weather, I personally did not feel like its ooty, then me and Elder miller said that this is not the right time to come to ooty. We took photos and we visited the places around and we had a good meal there. It was wonderful.

I wanted to share something about one family - Brother Prabhu family who recently got baptized and yesterday was their confirmation done. About this brother's story I got transferred to 3rd Branch and on the same day this family comes inside and the first thing he says that he found peace in the chapel. Later we taught him the first lesson and he just said that this is new and I have never heard about it anywhere. Then he was ready to listen more and we extended the date to him and his family. They said yes!!! the moment they said yes, me and my companion already planned everything for this family. They were in lots of trails and wanting to look for happiness, the moment the members came in and treated them as a family. It all worked there!!! the fellowship really worked a lot and that made easy for us to prepare them for baptism. I got chance to baptize their daughter and I felt more peace and lots of happiness to see a soul getting into the water to always remember him who created us. That feelings will always strengthen me and my testimony about the gospel. Truly this is the only way!!!

We have one more family to work on with and I am thanking the lord to let me learn the importance of one soul coming to the lord's church and be a member.

I remember last new year roaming on the mid night with dear friends, wishing everybody even if they are strangers it didn't matter and having some fun on roads, a wonderful meal with friends and family. It was wonderful and a time that would never come back. Week 20&21: "Willing to bear one another's burden"

Hey everybody, I am soooooo sorry for not emailing you all, Last week we went out as it was Elder Abel's last P-day so we spent our time with him. However our week went so well as it was light the world program and we were able to print the banner and put it outside the chapel so that the people who walk can see it and we did receive some people and some stand and see from outside the main road as we projected the light the world video on the church wall. Its amazing to see it from outside.  My days on mission is going fine and today my companion Elder Abel finished his 2 years mark and traveled back home. So for next 10 days we three will be on trio, me elder miller and thiviyanathan and then I will be getting a companion. Week 13: Start where you are!!!

Hey everybody how are you all and once again I'm excited to write to you all!. I see that most of you have had a wonderful YSA conference held in Bangalore. Good job Bangalore!!!!! I really missed this YSA conference and I always wanted to be in the committee to help and support the team but based on the feedback you have rocked it!!!!! I love you guys, you did it!. I heard that my brother danced!! HAHA!!! I received few pics from him and you all look so wonderful. Well my week was awesome as we had our Zone Conference and followed by that the next day we had a special devotional from the Church Historian and for the first time they have visited "INDIA", along with them we were so happy to meet Elder Evans from the Asia area presidency. So based on that devotion I learnt that its very very very important to keep records of our life journey so that our future generation will be benefited.
