Week 70: My last Christmas on Mission will be in Vijayawada!!!

Hello Everybody!!!!!

Yeahhhhhhhhhhh I am staying back in Vijayawada and I am going to celebrate Christmas in this beautiful city. I am excited for it. This was going to be my last Christmas as a missionary and today I complete my 16 months mark on mission and when Christmas ends, my days on this mission will become shorter. Don't worry i'm not being trunky. There is lots of work and I have been planning for the end of 18 months I have a plan to accomplish before I go home and excited to do it. I don't know why, I just love missionary work alooooooootttttttIt's amazing to serve God.

We have one family to teach, Brother Samson Family who is amazing and wanting to know if they had to take Baptism once again, then we explained to be one right Baptism. The Brother said he will come to Church to experience by himself and he did come. He said he wanted to know more about the Church. Wow, what a commitment he had, we hope to meet them this week again and ask them how they felt about it. On the other hand, there were more people coming from Guntur as well and I can see how Vijayawada is growing.

The highest people coming to the Church from our companionship were about 15 people during the month of June with my previous companion and this time it was about 21 people from Elder Gantner and Johnson. It's amazing to see the hand of the Lord here in Vijayawada, lord is letting the people to come on our way to help them know about the restored gospel.

We as a Branch also came up with Light the World service project and last week me and my companion went to an orphanage with lots of Children and I saw the love of Christ in them and I enjoyed spending a wonderful and meaningful time with them and I am sure everyone will enjoy it. We hope to have this Activity this coming December 1st. So wherever you are and whichever ward you belong to, go out and serve. You will see the love that you never experienced before.

When me and Elder Johnson were on Exchange we met one family who gathered almost 10 sisters and they treated us as Pastors and we shared about the god's plan of happiness. What a wonderful opportunity was that. All this happened during the week and I also fell sick on last Monday and Tuesday, later, my companion was sick during the week, we still did our best to go out and serve people. It was an awesome week for me and him.

Hope to have a good week and celebrate light the world with VIJAYAWADA MEMBERS

#Rock the World and Light the world

Love,

Elder Ravindran
