Week 52: "The lords work will move forward"

Hey Everybody!!! How are you all doing and how was your week? Well, mine was awesome because lots happened during this past one week. First of all, my beloved companion Elder Richards leaves home as he finished his mission. I will always be thankful for his service and teaching me all that was needed for this promised land Vijayawada. I am honoured to serve with him for the past two months and we enjoyed a lot doing the lord's service. Now, since he left I have no companion so President asked Elder Vuppada to be my companion for the mean time.Then we both planned to work with our area and implement those things that were needed for our area. During that time I had my birthday and my dear family and friends sent me gifts and wishes over a video clip which was very impressing and I cried a lot watching it. I truly loved it and I thank my dear brother for surprising me with that. Thank you all for wishing me over video, phone and emails. I loved it.

 Then we on 21st, Friday, President calls and informs us that there will two more new missionaries coming to Vijayawada and one of them, I will be training Elder Loveridge  and the other one with Elder Vuppada in Vijayawada B area. So we planned to divide our areas and then we went to collect our new companions at the airport, to my surprise my companion is about 6'6" tall and I am 5'5" wow he is so tall and very humble person.I love to work with him, but before that I need to show the areas for other Elders so that they can work and get to know the area and I will have to plan with my companion for upcoming weeks!!! Oh, guess what I am the new district leader in Vijayawada and I was learning a lot already. This calling is something new and important for me to grow in the gospel.

 We also moved the bunk beds from another apartment to the new one for these two wonderful, new missionaries and the other elders helped us in moving the items. That shows how much unity we have been built here and we would love to continue this love and work moving forward.

 In one of the lessons with Elder Vuppada, we share using the gospel art book and he took his book out and we shared our message with the family we have been teaching. Then at the end of the lesson, I look at his book and there my name was written. To my surprise he says" This is your brother's book when he was serving in Hyderabad!! I was like wow that is great. I was so happy to see my brother's book which he used when he was a missionary.
Well once again thank you all for your wishes and I hope to have a wonderful time with you all when I return next year!!!! We will have a blast..

I remember last new year roaming on the mid night with dear friends, wishing everybody even if they are strangers it didn't matter and having some fun on roads, a wonderful meal with friends and family. It was wonderful and a time that would never come back. Week 20&21: "Willing to bear one another's burden"

Hey everybody, I am soooooo sorry for not emailing you all, Last week we went out as it was Elder Abel's last P-day so we spent our time with him. However our week went so well as it was light the world program and we were able to print the banner and put it outside the chapel so that the people who walk can see it and we did receive some people and some stand and see from outside the main road as we projected the light the world video on the church wall. Its amazing to see it from outside.  My days on mission is going fine and today my companion Elder Abel finished his 2 years mark and traveled back home. So for next 10 days we three will be on trio, me elder miller and thiviyanathan and then I will be getting a companion. Week 13: Start where you are!!!

Hey everybody how are you all and once again I'm excited to write to you all!. I see that most of you have had a wonderful YSA conference held in Bangalore. Good job Bangalore!!!!! I really missed this YSA conference and I always wanted to be in the committee to help and support the team but based on the feedback you have rocked it!!!!! I love you guys, you did it!. I heard that my brother danced!! HAHA!!! I received few pics from him and you all look so wonderful. Well my week was awesome as we had our Zone Conference and followed by that the next day we had a special devotional from the Church Historian and for the first time they have visited "INDIA", along with them we were so happy to meet Elder Evans from the Asia area presidency. So based on that devotion I learnt that its very very very important to keep records of our life journey so that our future generation will be benefited.
