Week 83 & 84: "Press forward in the work of the Lord"
25 Feb 2019
Sorry I couldn't email yesterday because the email wasn't working and today we got opportunity to mail our families and friends. Also I waited for my new companion and his name is Elder Vuppada... Whoa yes I always desired to serve along with him in Vijayawada and he was only 3 days as my companion but now its gonna be for a transfer and he is also finishing his mission very soon, haha this is 4th missionary whom I am gonna send home and be his last companion on mission. Its wonderful and I can see my moments coming to an end, well not so fast but yeah its on the way.
Alright now I am finally back in Tiruppur after a week of travelling and we got people to work with and help them to know about the Gospel in their life. I have been pondering how is it to hold unto the Iron Rod i.e., the Scriptures, I have been lately missing it a lot and how it is without the Scripture to walk on the covenant path. It is very necessary in our life to read scriptures in order to face all the trails like the Dark smoke in the covenant path which tempts us to leave the path and fall afar. I testify that the only way to hold on and walk in the covenant path is by studying and applying the Scriptures and knowing more about the Savior Jesus Christ and his Infinite Atonement for you and me in this life. I know it brings great hope in whatever aspect of life you are in. The Savior still beckons us to come back and hold firm on the Iron Rod.
I also met my Young men who is now serving with me in the same Zone, Elder Prabhudas, I felt joy and happiness when I saw him, truly the mission helps us to build the relationship which I already had with him and he has grown so much in the Gospel. I am excited to work with him and learn from him.

Hello all :) I am happy being here in on mission and its wonderful to be around hanging and learning about the people and their conversion story. One family moved here long ago and was missing the Church and Sacrament a lot, now that they have the home group and they have been blessed to experience those sacred moments. Now they feel very happy and close to the savior.
Last week we were planning to work with the people to help them progress in learning more about the Savior, I am happy that I have Elder Vuppada with me now to enjoy his last days in Tiruppur.
I am excited to the new week, hope to have a good one.
Its time for Easter :) and I am excited to learn something new this time.
Love you all dearly, take care and rock the world
Elder Ravindran
