Week 7: Leap of faith - We all need to have that in our life!!!!

Hey everybody!!!

Great last week was a different experience, first of all we had combined district meeting so we had to travel from our place to Coimbatore! man I enjoyed the ride in the private bus. Yes there was lot of Tamil songs played in the bus and all I need to do is think of something in mind so that I don't want to concentrate on the songs played. I tried my best! HEHE!! Anyways I love to travel so I enjoyed the ride and had a good meeting with the Coimbatore elders and sisters. The zone leaders trained us to focus on people you teach and know their needs which is very important for us to teach the lesson. then they shared one scripture for everyone that was very much needed, it is D&C 88:124 where it teaches us not to be idle and lazy, going to bed on time and waking up on time, not finding fault on others. So I am trying my level best to be more active and just follow that scripture.

Later on the week days we were trying to teach less actives to feel the love of Christ and it was hard to make them understand and we failed at times and then I cried why it is not happening, why did they stop coming and many questions raised in my mind and all I did was to pray to father in heaven and ask why, why did this happen to them. Then I read in Ether 12:27 and its says the lord gives weaknesses so that they can humble themselves and come unto Christ and yes many of us lack in it and so on many people leave the Church, when we know the importance of the gospel we will never leave the truth aside.
So I plead to you all just try your best to bring the lost sheep back in its fold so that they can enjoy the life which you are enjoying, they can feel the love which you felt. Missionary work is not only about sacrificing 2 years to invite people unto Christ, the callings which you have in the Church is also a missionary work. So do your best and the lord will be pleased.

So my friends always carry that leap of faith where people will turn to Christ one day and that I felt on the last Sunday where we got 2 new investigators and they wanted to know about the Christ. Yeah!!! My prayer was answered and thus I had faith in the lord that ye will answer to our prayers. So yes we got work to do and I am sooooo excited to do the lords work in this 2 years and after till life on earth:)

have a great week ahead and enjoy sharing the love of Christ.

Love,
